Sherwin Schreier
Founder of Schreier & Schreier Law Firm, Sherwin Schreier brings his decades of legal expertise and experience to cases of serious personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. A graduate of high distinction from Wayne State University's Law School in Detroit, Mr. Schreier is a past president of both the Metropolitan Chapter of the Trial Lawyers of America and the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association (1984-1985).
Most recently, Sherwin Schreier was selected to receive
the Respected Advocate Award for 2003, a prestigious award with stringent selection
criteria. According to the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC), successful nominees
for this award must show "a history of success in civil litigation matters, unfailing
adherence to the highest standards of ethics and candor in dealing with the court and
with counsel, and the respect and the admiration of counsel on the opposing side of the
bar." The MDTC went on to say this award was presented to Mr. Schreier "...in recognition
of his superb skills as a courtroom adversary, whose civility and ethics distinguish him
as an outstanding advocate on behalf of his clients."
For more than three decades, Sherwin Schreier has been a
member of the executive board of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association. He has also
served as chairperson for the Negligence Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and as
governor on the board for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. In addition, Mr.
Schreier is a member in good standing of several well-respected associations, including
the State Bar of Michigan, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Oakland County
Bar Association, the Metropolitan-Detroit Bar Association, and the American Board of Trial
Advocacy.
As part of his commitment to continuing education, Mr. Schreier
has spoken at numerous seminars promoted by organizations such as the Institute of Continuing

Mark Schreier
Since 1984, Mark Schreier has been successfully litigating
cases in the areas of medical malpractice, police misconduct/civil rights, and personal
injury. He has achieved Martindale Hubbell's top "AV" rating, the organization's highest
rating for an attorney's professional ability and integrity, and he has litigated personal
injury cases all over the state of Michigan.
Mark Schreier completed his undergraduate studies with honors
at the University of Michigan and went on to earn his law degree there as well. He has

liability for injury. In addition, he holds current membership in the Negligence Section

Jay B. Schreier
Jay B. Schreier is an accomplished trial lawyer in
practice since 1985. He specializes in personal injury claims, both general
negligence and medical malpractice, as well as in commercial disputes. His
extensive experience in northern Michigan includes seven-figure settlements
in two counties and a jury verdict in a medical malpractice action worth more
